Camille Slush, M.S., LPC Associate, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Amber Pilkington M.Psy., LPC-S. Camille desires to walk alongside her clients to understand their unique story and experience. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Camille’s academic research and personal experiences highlight her understanding of grief and loss and their effect on human functioning.
Camille believes that each person is unique and must always be viewed through a comprehensive & holistic lens. While Camille gravitates towards a psychodynamic approach, she remains client-centered, working with each client to help them understand themselves, their emotions, relationships, pain, circumstances, and past events. With a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Counseling from Catholic institutions, Camille specializes in spiritual integration from a Catholic-Christian perspective, and also has experience working with clients from various belief backgrounds. All are welcomed and respected, and spiritual-integration is always client-led.
When not counseling, Camille enjoys hiking, camping, reading mystery novels, and learning how to crochet.
